Life can be pretty depressing some times (see the Eagles loss to the Saints and Historic Government Shutdown).

Here's a video that's now tearing up the Internet and social media to help balance the scales.

If this floor/dance routine by UCLA gymnast Katelyn Ohashi doesn't make you smile just a little, please check yourself into a hospital.

Per Sports Illustrated:  "It's not common to see true perfection in sports, but UCLA's Katelyn Ohashi provided us all just that on Saturday.

In 2018, Ohashi was the NCAA co-champion in the floor exercise, finished the regular season as No. 1 in the nation and scored three perfect 10s on floor exercises.

In 2019, she is going viral for what many would consider one of the best floor routines they've ever seen."

Mashable agrees, saying: "Sometimes there's a video that's so amazing, so full of life and exuberance, that not even the internet can ruin it."

Ohashi's perfect 10 point routine, performed to a medley of Motown and late-70s hits, helped powered UCLA's win in this past weekend's Collegiate Challenge.

If you're wondering why Ohashi may not be as big a household name as Aly Raisman or Simone Biles, this video on how she stepped away from the elite circuit after struggling with body-image issues and injuries can help explain:
