Healthy Recipe: Faux Cookies

Faux Cookies

Prep Time: 5 min. Cook Time: 20 min. Servings: 24

Ingredients:
2.5 cups chickpeas, drained and rinsed
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1.5 cups peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Food process all ingredients except chocolate chips.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips. Roll into balls and place on un-greased baking sheets.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes and enjoy.
