Traditionally, a mojito is a cocktail that consists of five ingredients: white rum, sugar, lime juice, soda water and mint.

If you thought July holidays ended with Independence Day, you were mistaken. Monday, July 11, is National Mojito Day. The classic drink is made with five ingredients: white rum, cane sugar, lime juice, soda water and mint.

To celebrate what needs to be dubbed "Mojito Monday," Cuba Libre Restaurant and Rum Bar in Old City will serve $5 mojitos all day. The bar will open at 11:30 a.m. for those who are true rum devotees.

The drink can trace its origin to Cuba, so posting up all day in a Cuban-inspired bar on the holiday makes sense.
