The clock is ticking – in about one month's time, Pizzeria Vetri will find a new home in the King of Prussia Mall.
The new restaurant concept expected to open in October will be the fifth location for Philadelphia chef Marc Vetri, the Philadelphia Business Journal reported Friday.
Pizzeria Vetri will fit about 60 customers while its menu will be slightly adjusted to include seasonal salads, rolled pizza dough and new desserts, like the restaurant's take on an apple pie crumble, according to the business publication.

The restaurant will soon become neighbors with current and soon-to-be stores in what's being called Urban Outfitter Inc.'s "largest brand clustering anywhere."
After checking out items at Urban Outfitters, shoppers can soon head into Pizzeria Vetri for a quick bite and then over to Anthropologie and Free People, all owned by the Philadelphia-based company, for some more retail therapy.
Urban Outfitters operates more than 400 retail locations around the world and manages five brands including Terrain and BHLDN aside from the stores mentioned above.
Urban acquired all the restaurants in the Vetri Family group, including Pizzeria Vetri, in November.
The move by the retail empire to get into the restaurant business received mixed emtoions, but the restaurant owner made his feelings pubic.
“Spending on casual dining is expanding rapidly, and thus, we believe there is tremendous opportunity to expand the Pizzeria Vetri concept,” Urban Outfitters CEO Richard Hayne said in a statement after the acquisition was announced.
The chef owns his flagship restaurant, Vetri, along with Osteria, Amis, Alla Spina and Lo Spiedo. He opened the first Pizzeria Vetri in 2013. Other locations can be found in Spring Garden and Center City as well as in Washington D.C. and Austin.
An opening date for the King of Prussia location has not yet been set.
