Pence, Kaine, Trump and Biden to campaign in Pennsylvania week before voter registration deadline

Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, Vice President Joe Biden and Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump will campaign in Pennsylvania the day after this election's sole vice presidential debate and just one week before voter registration ends in the battleground state.

Pence, who is said to have won Tuesday night's debate, will be in Grantville, Pennsylvania, in Dauphin County Wednesday before heading to Gettysburg and Johnstown, Pennsylvania, in Cambria County Thursday.

The Republican vice presidential nominee will also be at a fundraiser in Ocean County next week, according to NJ.com.

Republican nominee for president Donald Trump will also be campaigning in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, Oct. 10.

While Pence and Trump go after the historically red parts of the state, Kaine will speak at the Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 19 Hall in South Philadelphia Wednesday at 6 p.m. Doors open at 4 p.m.

He'll speak at Carnegie Mellon University Thursday in Pittsburgh.

Vice President Joe Biden will also campaign on behalf of Democratic nominee for president Hillary Clinton in Bucks County. Biden will be at Bucks County Community College on Friday. 

The last day to register to vote in Pennsylvania is Oct. 11. State officials also launched a "Send a Text, Register 2 Vote" program where eligible voters can text "PA" to "2Vote" where they'll get a link to register.
