A TD Bank survey conducted earlier in January found that during the recent holidays, Philadelphia-area residents were less likely to budget — and stick to that budget — than folks in other TD Bank markets.

The survey found that just 32 percent of Philadelphians had a budget, Philly.com reported. Meanwhile, 39 percent of New Yorkers, 42 percent of Floridians and 41 percent of Bostonians had a budget.

The results of the online survey, which took place from Jan. 13 to 19, were based off 1,444 people. The margin of error was plus or minus 2.6 percent.
