Philadelphians will gather at the National Constitution Center Thursday to celebrate America’s independence by breaking bread.

As part of the annual Wawa Welcome America multiday festival celebrating the nation's birthday, Wawa employees and local celebrities will be at the National Constitution Center constructing 5 tons of Wawa hoagies to be shared among the masses.

Special guests will include Food Network chef Robert Irvine, "The Voice" contestants Matthew Schuler and Audra McLaughlin and the USO Show Troupe.
The free food giveaway begins at noon on Thursday, July 2, and is dedicated to America’s troops.
