New Prisma app lets you turn pictures into works of art

The Prisma app has been taking social media by storm as of late, allowing users to turn their photos into classic paintings.

According to Mirror, the app's software uses artificial intelligence to turn pictures into works of art. It launched this past month and now has more than one million daily active users. It'll soon be available as a beta app for Android users.

To demonstrate the app, we've taken several photos from our staff photographer Thom Carroll and ran them through various filters on Prisma. You can view them below, and you can download the app for yourself here.
