First picture of Jason Pierre-Paul's hand without a bandage surfaces

While The New York Daily News has made headlines over the past few days for large staff cuts, they landed the first picture of Jason Pierre-Paul's hand without a bandage. It's not a very pretty sight.

Of course, Pierre-Paul injured his hand in a now-infamous July 4th fireworks accident. In addition to having his right finger amputated, JPP is also missing a lot of his thumb. Here is the tweet with the accompanying picture:

According to Dan Graziano of ESPN, Pierre-Paul believes he will play "relatively soon," which means sometime this season. He tweeted this out yesterday:
