A Philadelphia real estate agent will show off her house-flippin' skills in the pilot episode for a new TV show.

As Philly Curbed noticed, East Passyunk-based Rachel Street stars in the show, dubbed "Philly Street Flippin.’" Street is a real estate agent with Space & Co., which has a blog post up about the pilot's premiere on DIY Network at 8 p.m. on Saturday, March 25.

Per the blog post:

(Street) specializes in taking architecturally interesting properties that are run-down and doing design-driven renovations to bring them back to life before putting them back on the market. Rachel always strives to use as many local subcontractors (both men and women) and suppliers as possible, and she includes as many interesting details as possible from specialty tiles to reclaimed wood and one-of-a-kind items from Philadelphia Salvage.

The pilot will focus on a renovation Street did at 1042 Tasker St. Street's own company, Hestia Construction, has a note about the premiere on its website that says "whether or not this goes to series depends heavily on ratings."

DIY Network doesn't have the pilot on its TV schedule — instead, there's just an empty slot for the scheduled air time. In fact, the show is nowhere to be found on the network's website.

So while DIY seems to be just taking a flier on the pilot without promoting it, allow this to be an official reminder that you can watch the show Saturday night if you don't have other plans.
