Police: Man, 21, critically wounded in Germantown shooting

Philadelphia police are investigating after a 21-year-old man was shot and critically injured Thursday night in Germantown.

Authorities say the shooting occurred just after 6:30 p.m. along the 5000 block of Germantown Avenue, CBS 3 reports.

The victim, who has not been identified, suffered gunshot wounds to the chest, back and leg. He was transported to a nearby hospital and listed in critical condition.

Police have not recovered a weapon or made any arrests.
