You'll experience three different fitness classes on the Rittenhouse Sweat Crawl

On Saturday, June 23, join in the Rittenhouse Sweat Crawl. In one afternoon, you'll run, spin, lift and do yoga.

Participants will get to check out two studios in the neighborhood and will get to try three different fitness classes.

To join in, register for $40 and you'll be assigned a route to follow.

Route 1:

1:30-2 p.m. – HIIT cardio (spin and treadmill class) with Unite Fitness
2:10-2:40 p.m. – Functional strength training (TRX and weights) with Unite Fitness
3-3:30 p.m. – Yoga with CorePower Yoga

Route 2:

1:30-2 p.m. – Functional Strength Training (TRX and weights) with Unite Fitness
2:10-2:40 p.m. – HIIT cardio (spin and treadmill class) with Unite Fitness
3-3:30 p.m.– Yoga with CorePower Yoga

If you're not familiar with the studios, Unite Fitness focuses on cross-training workouts, while CorePower turns up the intensity in its yoga classes.
