SuGa celebrates Chinese New Year with five-course dinner

Center City restaurant SuGa will host a Chinese New Year dinner on Saturday, Jan. 28. The five-course meal will be $65 per person. Menu items include yellowfin tuna poke, Nova Scotia lobster and Peking duck ravioli.

Second Course

• Peking duck ravioli
• Goat cheese wontons

• Nova Scotia lobster

• Filet mignon stuffed with Maryland diver scallop
• Charred cauliflower, farm carrot & Brussels sprouts
