Suspect sought in Olney Family Dollar robbery

Police are looking for a suspect who allegedly robbed a Family Dollar in Olney.

Police have released video of an unknown male who allegedly robbed a Family Dollar in Olney on Monday.

The man entered the store at 6201 N. Front St. at 2:25 p.m. Police say he showed a handgun to the cashier and demanded money.

The suspect fled in an unknown direction after taking $60, according to a statement released by police.

Police describe him as black male who is 18 to 22 years old, 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet tall, with a medium brown complexion and thin build. He was wearing a black wool mask, brown coat with a fur-lined hood, black pants and black boots.
