Love chili? Would you like to eat a lot of it, in one day? The 6th Annual Philly Chili Bowl, happening March 14, may be your idea of heaven.

Up to 25 competitors will enter their homemade chili recipes and taste-testing attendees will reap all the benefits -- namely, a full belly and hopefully happy taste buds.

BigBite Philly, Yards Brewery and Di Bruno Bros. have teamed up to hold the event, so naturally, plenty of cheese for topping off your chili and beer for washing it down will be available. Plus, Philly's own Cornfed Cornbread will provide (what else) cornbread for the day.

Guests will choose the People's Choice champion, but a panel of judges will also crown the ultimate winner. "Top Chef" alum Jennifer Zavala, Rosa's Fresh Pizza's Mason Wartman, food writer Drew Lazor and NOORD's Joncarl Lachman will be the judges.

Entertainment for the day will be provided by South Street Magic. Reef the Lost Cauze will MC the event and DJ Philly Phil will spin the tunes.
