Former Philadelphia sportscaster Don Tollefsen has been sentenced to up to four years in prison, 15 years probation, and restitution to his victims, according to NewsWorks NinetyNine blog:

Tollefson, 62, was found guilty in January on five counts including theft, fraud, and money laundering for selling bogus sports packages for charity. Tollefsen stole about $340,000 dollars in total from his victims.

NBC Philadelphia reports that Tollefsen told the Bucks County judge who sentenced him Wednesday that he felt sorry about what had happened and was "publicly humiliated."

Tollefson initially accepted, but later rejected, a plea deal for a seven month sentence and went to trial where he represented himself.
