Two men expose themselves in separate incidents on Schuylkill River Trail

Police are investigating after two men allegedly exposed themselves on Saturday in separate incidents on the Schuylkill River Trail, according to multiple reports.

The first incident occurred around 7:30 a.m., 6ABC reports. A 33-year-old man witnessed Salin Smalley, 34, lying on the trail, exposing himself and engaging in a lewd act.

Smalley was taken into custody and charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness and harassment.

The second incident occurred about 15 minutes later, according to NBC10. A woman saw a man with his pants down engaging in a lewd act. The suspect fled the area toward JFK Boulevard.

Authorities describe the suspect as a stocky Hispanic man in his late 30's to early 40's with black hair and a gray jacket.
