Two Philadelphia-area companies were named to a list of "100 Best Workplaces for Millennials."

Fortune Magazine ranked Chester's Power Home Remodeling Group and Philly's RevZilla in the top 10.

The magazine surveyed more than 88,000 millennials on 58 workplace quality questions to compile the list.

Sixth-ranked Power Home Remodeling Group, a construction and real estate company, was founded in 1992. Millennials account for 86 percent of the company's 1,515 employees.

“Extremely supportive environment that challenges the employee to grow. The environment is always positive and I can take as much time off as needed. They hold different functions outside of work to reinvigorate the employees. Also, continue to incentivize the staff to work harder for large promotions,” one millennial worker told the magazine.
