A video shows a man senselessly beating a woman on the street in Philadelphia, according to FOX29.
The incident occurred on the 200 block of Ontario Street in Kensington. In the video, a man can be seen punching and kicking a woman on the ground.
A witness told the news station he came outside when he heard a commotion. He said he saw the man on top of the woman, attacking her.
The witness told FOX29 no one intervened, but someone did eventually call police. Police told the news station they responded to the incident and the man will face charges.
