The early 1990's was a strange time in Philadelphia sports, but two events from that period surfaced rather oddly during the same week.

Last weekend, we found out that someone saved 76ers great Charles Barkley's copy of a Sports Illustrated magazine from 1991. The issue featured NBA legend Michael Jordan on a holographic cover as the "Sportsman of the Year." A sports writer found it on Saturday inside a “random store in Old City that just sells old stuff to hipsters” and bought it for $5.

On Tuesday, a YouTube video of then-Eagles quarterback Randall Cunningham's 1991 sit-down interview with current President Donald Trump was unearthed by Philadelphia Magazine's Dan McQuade.

The segment aired on WCAU-TV during a special program called Randall Cunningham’s Celebrity Rap. The show allowed the Eagles quarterback to interview several celebrities, but the question-and-answer session with Trump is probably the only one worth watching in 2017.

Remarkably, Trump uses the same words and phrases that we hear from him now. Notable highlights include:

- Trump threw some jabs at media, referring to newspapers as "yesterday’s paper.”

- Cunningham and Trump offers a glowing review of the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City. (Incidentally, workers removed Trump's name from the casino last week.)

- Trump offers a black-and-white view of the world: "You are either a winner or not a winner."

- Trump incredulously questions boxer Mike Tyson's rape conviction, blaming the victim and saying Tyson "would be an incredible role model."

If nothing else, the piece offers clues to the type of questions Trump would prefer to hear from White House reporters.
