In the form of a TMZ Philadelphia, the folks over at Philly Influencer ran into LeSean McCoy outside of Misconduct Tavern on JFK Boulevard. When asked about the incident from last weekend, the Eagles all-time rushing leader didn’t offer a no comment or simply ignore the question:
McCoy’s words aren’t easy to hear in the video, but it sounds like he says, “I made a mistake, but sooner or later I’ll have my say.” You can be the judge.
2:30 P.M. UPDATE: McCoy's camp is claiming he said, "I made a statement," which is obviously very different.
5:20 P.M. UPDATE: CSNPhilly, citing anonymous sources, reports that no warrant for McCoy's arrest is expected until next week.
