WATCH: Police seek men who robbed, beat victim near Temple's campus

Police are looking for these three suspects for the robbery and beating of a man near Temple University's campus.

Police are seeking three men who were caught on camera assaulting and robbing a young man near Temple University’s campus.

The incident occurred around 3 a.m. on June 28. The male victim, 23, was walking along the 1600 block of Cecil B. Moore Avenue when three unknown black males approached him from behind, police said.

One of the men punched the victim, knocking him to the ground, police said. The three attackers then continued kicking him and stomping on his head before taking his cell phone and wallet and fleeing the area, according to authorities.

The suspects were last seen going north on 17th Street. A video of the attack can be viewed below:

Police described the three suspects as follows:

• Suspect #1: Black male, 16-19 years old, thin build, short hair, wearing a light blue #21 Tomlinson San Diego Chargers jersey, blue jeans and white sneakers.

• Suspect #2: Black male, 16-19 years old, wearing a striped shirt, light-colored shorts, and dark-colored sneakers.

• Suspect #3: Black male, 16-19 years-of-age, medium complexion, thin build, short hair, wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.

Police ask that if you see the suspects, do not approach them and call 911 instead.
