The severe cold and wind chill advisory was enough to keep Philadelphia's Catholic elementary schools' students home on Monday as the Archdiocese announced its schools closed.

The Archdiocese high schools' students were already scheduled to be off Monday because of a staff development day, which will still take place, officials told NBC 10.

Teachers should plan to report.
