Fast-casual eatery Wok Street celebrated its grand opening on May 12 by giving complimentary lunch to the first 300 customers. Now, the southeast Asian rice and noodle bowl eatery wants to offer up more deals.
On June 8, from noon to 3 p.m, Wok Street will serve bowls for $1. Guests can choose from a selection of signature bowls or opt to create their own, starting with a base of rice or noodles then adding in veggies, protein, sauce and toppings.
The bargain lunch event marks the first "Dollar Day," when menu items will be sold for $3 or less. Future deals will be announced spontaneously through Wok Street's Twitter and Instagram accounts.
