A woman is undergoing evaluation after attempting to disrobe on I-95 in Philadelphia Thursday, NBC10 reports.
Pennsylvania State Police received a phone call about a woman disrobing on the I-95 ramp from Aramingo Avenue at about 11:40 a.m.

Upon arrival, they discovered an abandoned car and a woman who was apparently in the process of disrobing.
State Troopers used a tarp to shield the woman from the public as they ushered her into a police car. She is reportedly undergoing evaluation.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, there was another incident involving a woman disrobing in the same area Thursday.
Details of the first incident were not immediately available.
