Aqua Vida will hold classes at Drexel University's indoor pool this winter.

Aqua Vida is known for bringing Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) Yoga to Spruce Street Harbor Park in the summer, providing Philadelphians with a workout on the water. Well, just because it's cold now doesn't mean SUP workouts need to end.

Beginning Saturday, Nov. 19, Aqua Vida will once again host classes in the Drexel University Daskalakis Athletic Center Pool during the winter.

There are a few workouts to choose from:

• "Floating Yoga" classes are 75 minutes and are offered select Saturday mornings at 10 a.m.
• "AquaSculpt" classes are 75 minutes.
• "AquaFIT" classes are 45 minutes.

Both "AquaSculpt" and "AquaFIT" are special pop-up classes that will be announced through Aqua Vida's social media channels.

The first class with Aqua Vida is $25. After that, single classes are $35 each. Class packages are also available.
