At Fairmount's London Grill, August is Lobster Month. From Aug. 1-31, indulge in juicy Maine lobster specials at the restaurant-bar.
To pair with the seafood, the bar will be highlighting Portland, Maine's Allagash Brewing Company.
Allagash White will be on draft and Allagash Hoppy Table Beer will be available in bottles
Dishes during Lobster Month include:
•Lobster Bisque - made with brandy, tomato and crème fraiche
•Lobster Caesar - grilled head of romaine, croutons, parmesan, lobster chunks and Caesar dressing
•Lobster Ravioli - made with brown butter and chanterelle mushrooms
•New England Lobster Roll - a buttery split-top roll filled with diced fresh lobster meat that has been tossed in mayo and celery, served with lettuce, tomato and hand-cut fries
•Whole Maine Lobster - a steamed 1 ¼-pound lobster, served with drawn butter
