Well this is a new one. According to Cris Carter, appearing on ESPN's Sunday NFL Countdown, Chip Kelly told Jordan Matthews, "If you continue to (spin the football), you won't play for me."

If indeed Carter's conversation is accurate (and not embellished), that is some extreme dictator-like nonsense.
