Nelson Agholor is a go today at wide receiver.

The Philadelphia Eagles released their inactives against the Miami Dolphins. Of the players in question, Nelson Agholor will make his return to the field, although Josh Huff will start at receiver. Jason Peters remains on the shelf with his back injury. Here is the full list of Eagles' and Dolphins' inactives:

Eagles
Eagles inactives

• LT Jason Peters: The Eagles got surprisingly good play from their OL with Peters out last week in Dallas. Lane Johnson will once again play LT, with Dennis Kelly filling in at RT.

DE Brandon Bair: Bair has played well in a reserve role for the Eagles, but is a (relatively) healthy scratch, as he was listed as probable. The Eagles have plenty of depth along their defensive line.

S Jerome Couplin: According to a source, Couplin could be headed to IR this week with a shoulder injury. If indeed Couplin's season is soon to be over, the Eagles as few options:

  1. They could call Ed Reynolds up from the practice squad.
  2. They could poach a player off another team's practice squad as they did a year ago with Couplin.
  3. They could sign a veteran off the street, like they did a year ago with Chris Prosinski.

• OG Josh Andrews: Andrews is out with a concussion.

LB Emmanuel Acho: The Eagles signed Acho this week after placing Jordan Hicks on IR.

RB Kenjon Barner: With a healthy stable of running backs, Barner goes back to the inactive list.

• QB Thad Lewis: Lewis continues his "Matt Barkley inactive #3 QB" role.

Dolphins
The Dolphins inactives are as follows: CB Brent Grimes, RT Ja'wuan James, LB Spencer Paysinger, WR Matt Hazel, OL Ulrick John, C Sam Brenner, and TE Brandon Williams.

The Dolphins have a number of significant injuries. Their biggest loss is Grimes, the Dolphins' best corner. Another big loss is James, who is the Dolphins' starting RT. Also of note is that the Dolphins placed Cameron Wake, the Dolphins' best defender, on season-ending IR with a ruptured Achilles.
