Man shot, injured outside Lindenwold apartment complex

Victim in critical condition, person of interest sought

The Woodland Village apartment complex in Lindenwold.

Authorities say a man was shot outside of a Lindenwold apartment complex early Saturday morning.

According to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office, the 34-year-old victim was found outside the  Woodland Village apartments on the 400 block of E. Gibbsboro Road around 1 a.m.

The man was shot in the parking lot of the complex, according to police. He was taken to  Cooper University Hospital where he is listed in critical condition.

A possible person of interest seen fleeing the area is sought by police. He is described as a black male wearing a black shirt with long white sleeves and a black hat with a white brim.

No arrests have been made as police are still investigating the incident.
