Panorama is dedicating a week to ravioli

Try one of these five special pasta dishes

Can't go wrong with ravioli and red sauce.

Panorama, the Italian restaurant in Old City's Penn's View Hotel, is hosting a celebration of stuffed pasta.

During its Ravioli Week, the restaurant will offer five special dishes.

•Tortellia: pan-roasted scallop-filled pasta and gaeta olive zabaglione
•Sacchetoni: egg yolk & porcini-filled pasta, porcini brodo and escarole
•Ravioli Di Manzo: beef shank & fontina-filled pasta and wild mushroom
•Agnolotti Con Burrata: burrata-filled pasta and san marzano tomato
•Tortellini Di Agnello: lamb shoulder, agrodolce, sunchoke and black garlic pesto

Fanatics who really want to stuff their face with stuffed pasta could dine on a different dish each night of the workweek. Ravioli Week runs from Monday, March 20 through Friday, March 24.

To wash down all the delicious carbs, the restaurant has suggested wine pairings.
