Report: Three people killed in quadruple shooting in North Philadelphia

Philadelphia police are investigating after three people were reportedly shot dead and a fourth injured Monday afternoon in North Philadelphia.

Authorities responded to the scene along the 1100 block of West Stiles Street around 3:30 p.m., according to 6ABC. The crime scene was one block north of Girard Avenue and 11th Street, and in the immediate vicinity of the St. Malachy Catholic School.

Four victims were found, including one who was shot twice in the head.

Two of the victims were transported to Temple University Hospital where they were pronounced dead. The other two victims were taken to Hahnemann University Hospital, where one died and the other, a 26-year old male victim, was listed in stable condition, NBC10 reports.

Authorities have not recovered a weapon and an investigation is underway.
