Frequenters of the storied Keswick Theatre in Glenside will soon have a compelling new restaurant to visit when Dino's Backstage & The Celebrity Room debuts in June with a 1940's era cabaret atmosphere.

According to Eater Philly, owners Michael and Dino Kelly-Cataldi are preparing a supper club that strikes a happy medium between vintage "finer dining" and the appeal of today's suburban nightlife. As owners of the nearby interior design shop Kelly-Cataldi HOME, the pair plans to perfect all the proper details of a bygone era, from a zebra-print carpet crystal chandelier to a grand piano and guest dressing rooms.

The vision behind the concept is to encourage guests to relax for a full evening of food and entertainment all in one place, whether it's live background music or a complete cabaret performance. The menu is expected to tilt in the direction of Italian, with other options falling under the general heading of American cuisine.

In total, the restaurant and backdoor patio will hold about 150 people, while the attached Celebrity Room will serve as an intimate entertainment space with seating for approximately 55 guests. Ticket prices for each event will vary depending on the act, but $20 is likely to be a reasonable bet on nights without major performers.

The restaurant is set to open June 8 and will operate Wednesday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to close.
