Chesco principal gets taped to school wall

He fulfilled his end of the bargain after students raised more than $31,000 for the American Heart Association

Uwchlan Hills Elementary School principal Bob Giering challenged his students to raise money for the American Heart Association by participating in the Jump Rope for Heart fundraiser. 

The result? 

Giering found himself duct taped to a wall.
