Cat found shot to death in South Philadelphia

The Pennsylvania SPCA is offering a $1,000 reward to help find the person or persons responsible for shooting a cat to death on the streets of South Philadelphia.

According to NBC10, the dead animal was found over the weekend on Cantrell Street near Fifth Street. 

An investigation is underway. Tips can be made anonymously by calling the PSPCA's cruelty hotline at 866-601-SPCA (7722).
