Haven't received your letter to Hogwarts yet? While you wait, you can test your knowledge on the series against others in Philly. Two local bars, The Victoria Freehouse and Sláinte Pub, are offering a Harry Potter themed Quizzo this January.
The Victoria Freehouse Harry Potter Quizzo
The popularity of the theme actually caused the Freehouse to create a second date for the event, after the original time slots sold out. While Friday, Jan. 22 is at capacity for players, there is now an option to play on Thursday, Jan. 21.
There will be two time slots open to play: 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Team reservations by phone are required. There is also a $20 food and drink minimum for each player.
The competition will run for three rounds.

Sláinte Harry Potter Quiz Night
Compete for the prize of "Philadelphia's Harry Potter Expert" at this trivia event hosted by the Notre Dame Ladies Gaelic Football Club.
Entry is $10 and will also give guests an opportunity for food and drink specials. Competitors can choose to enter individually or with a team but all must register by phone.
Costumes are also encouraged and there will be a prize for Best Dressed.
The event will last for three rounds starting at 8:15 p.m.
