Healthy Recipe: Baked Rosemary Beet Chips

Baked Rosemary Beet Chips

Ingredients:

3 large red beets
1-2 tablespoons of canola oil (or olive oil)
2-3 sprigs of roughly chopped fresh rosemary

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Thinly slice beets. Try to slice beets the same width to allow for even baking.
  3. In a large bowl, add sliced beets, oil, salt, pepper and rosemary. Toss to coat.
  4. Lay prepared beets on a large baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
