Cranberry Pistachio Power Bites
Servings: 46 mini bites
Ingredients:
8 ounces dates
½ cup honey
2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
Pinch of salt
1.5 cups uncooked rolled oats
1 cup dried cranberries
Directions:
- Add ingredients 1-4 in food processor, pulse until combined (will be
sticky but able to stir slightly).
- Combine and stir oats and cranberries in a medium bowl, then add date
mixture.
- Stir until fully combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, form balls to ½ diameter or desired size and enjoy!
- Store in refrigerator, freeze after 3 days.
