The SugarHouse New Year's Eve fireworks will take place at 6 p.m. and midnight on Monday, Dec. 31. Both shows are free to watch, with the best views at the Delaware River waterfront.

Each show is synchronized to its own unique soundtrack that will be played on speakers along the river, and simulcast on KYW Newsradio 1060 AM.

The theme for the midnight fireworks is "Everybody Dance Now." The upbeat soundtrack includes "Vogue," "Just Dance," "Shake Your Groove Thing" and "I Wanna Dance with Somebody."

More than 3,000 explosive devices are used in the shows, so that they can be seen for miles in all directions. Around 1,500 devices are used per show.
