Protesters in Philadelphia are expected to join a nationwide rally against President Donald Trump Monday.

The demonstration expected on Presidents Day, called the "Counter the Executive Orders – Not My President's Day Rally" is expected to take place from noon until 3 p.m. starting at Thomas Paine Plaza, according to the event's Facebook page.

Speakers – including Councilperson Helen Gym, State Senator Art Haywood, Deja Lynn Alvarez of the William Way LGBT Community Center and five others – are expected to touch on topics like racial justice, reproductive rights, climate change, immigration, healthcare and LGBTQ rights.

"Stand up for your rights," said the description for the event. "Everyone's rights. Let's help secure human rights and the security of Mother Earth! Together we will rally for equality and basic human rights for ALL."

Protesters are then expected to march to 6th and Market streets and then return to Thomas Paine Plaza.

Two event pages have been set up for the event – found here and here – which show that about 350 people are expected to attend.

Philadelphia isn't the only city that has such an event planned – thousands are expected to join in the nationwide effort on the federal holiday.

There are protests planned in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Atlanta and others. About 14,000 say they're joining in a march in Central Park Monday.

“While we acknowledge that Donald Trump holds the current title, the policies he’s trying to put in place are not the beliefs shared by the majority of the people,” Nova Calise, one of the organizers of New York event, told USA Today.
