Cinco de Mayo is almost upon us.
A celebration of Mexico's victory over the French military on May 5, 1862, the holiday has become a day to honor the Mexican culture - and all of the delicious foods that come with it.
Make this Cinco de Mayo a weeklong ordeal with these five Mexican-themed packed lunches that will have your co-workers green with guacamole envy.
1. Burrito Bowl
Burrito bowls are a popular go-to at Chipotle. They're everything great about a burrito, but without the mess. Easy to pack, a burrito bowl is a tasty way to enjoy all of your favorite Mexican ingredients. Throw some rice, beans, corn, shredded cheese and your meat of choice into a Tupperware container. Pack some guacamole, salsa or sour cream on the side. When you're ready to eat, heat up your homemade bowl, top it with your favorites and enjoy. Trust me, everyone will be jealous.

2. Taco Salad
Taco salads essentially follow the same concept as the burrito bowl. They're another easy-to-pack, no-mess option. Combine your usual salad ingredients, like lettuce and tomatoes, with some peppers, ground meat, cilantro, cheese, jalapeños, etc. Taco salads are a spicy spin on a classic lunchtime meal.
3. Fajitas
Fajitas combine some of the same delicious ingredients as the first two options. Pack some marinated chicken or beef (if you're a carnivore, of course) and some cooked onions and bell peppers. Bring along some soft tortillas, and when you're ready to enjoy, just warm everything up and assemble.
4. Quesadillas
Another tortilla-wrapped favorite, the quesadilla can also be filled with a number of tasty flavors. It's more than just cheese and chicken. Try some black beans, shrimp, peppers or corn. The possibilities are endless. Hey, you can even make a dessert quesadilla.
5. Taco dip & chips
If you're feeling generous, you could make a tray of taco dip and bring some chips for everyone to enjoy. There are a number of variations for dips, using refried beans, sour cream, salsa, ground meat, lettuce and more.
