Philly entrepreneur named one of TIME's 'New Faces of Black Leadership'

Serial entrepreneur and Philadelphia resident Jon Gosier was named one of TIME Magazine's "12 New Faces of Black Leadership."

Gosier founded Appfrica, which invests in tech economy in Africa; D8A Group, a data science company; and Market Atlas, which is "like the Bloomberg terminal for emerging market countries." Gosier has been involved in several other projects, which you can read about here.

Other black leaders mentioned include Ramogi Huma, College Athletes Players Association co-founder and president, U.S. Rep. Mia Love of Utah and Jessica Williams, comedian and Daily Show correspondent.
