Police seek suspects who allegedly stole tires from new cars at Northeast Philly dealership

Police are searching for one or more suspects who allegedly stole tires and rims from new cars at a Northeast Philadelphia dealership Thursday morning, NBC10 reports.

The incident occurred at Gordon Chevrolet along the 6300 block of Roosevelt Blvd.

According to police, someone used a tire jack to steal four tires and rims off two brand-new Chevrolet Suburbans in the parking lot of the dealership.

At least one suspect was reportedly captured on surveillance. According to a spokeswoman with RMR & Associates, the tires and rims were recovered due to the technology of Eyewitness Surveillance.

The incident remains under investigation.
