Whoopi Goldberg may be known for her comedy, but her latest move is serious business: She's co-launching a line of cannabis-based products to help women cope with menstrual pain.

According to Vanity Fair, the celeb is partnering with Maya Elisabeth, "one of the leading canna-businesswomen in the field," to launch a medical marijuana business venture to be called Whoopi & Maya.

The products in their line will include edible chocolates and bath soaks infused with marijuana extracts, along with more, to help ease the discomforts of menstruation, including cramps.

"The View" co-host said part of her reason for creating the line is for her grown granddaughters, "who have severe cramps."

Goldberg has been outspoken about her medical marijuana use in the past, which is detailed in her interview with Vanity Fair.
