Philadelphia Runner to host free restorative yoga for runners

In the midst of Broad Street Run training? With a little more than six weeks to go before the big race, many runners are feeling the burn.

Achy legs and tight muscles often accompany tough training, but Philadelphia Runner wants to help.

The University City location will host a free restorative yoga session for runners on Monday, March 27. Participants will get to relax their bodies and minds.

The one-hour class is open to all yoga levels, just remember to register and bring a mat. Yoga begins at 6:30 p.m.
