Pop-up group run ends at the new Whole Foods

Time to go for a run.

On Saturday, Nov. 5, Fairmount Park Conservancy will host a pop-up run that begins and ends at the new Whole Foods Market on Pennsylvania Avenue. The best part: It's free to attend with registration.

The roughly 5-mile run through East Fairmount Park winds by Smith Memorial Playground and through trails that pass Lemon Hill, Hatfield House, the John Coltrane House and Sedgley Woods Disc Golf Course.

At the finish, there will be complimentary snacks and specials on draft beers, cold brew and kombucha.

The group run is open to all levels.
