We may still be shivering from the snow, but it's time to sign up for adult recreational sports this spring. Local leagues are great for getting in shape, making new friends, networking or renewing your love of the game. Social clubs around Philadelphia are signing up teams and individuals in all kinds of sports right now.

Philadelphia Sports Network

PSN's leagues include basketball, cornhole, bowling, dodgeball, flag football, kickball, soccer, softball, tennis and more. Registration is open until Tuesday, March 3 and includes teams and individuals for select sports.

Philly Sport & Social

This group offers mostly coed groups as well as some female and male teams in sports like volleyball, basketball, soccer, kickball, touch football and more. Registration deadlines vary and includes teams and individuals for select sports.

ZogSports

The teams in these coed dodgeball, softball and kickball leagues play for charity, donating 10 percent of all proceeds at the end of each season. They also pair up with bars for happy hour specials. Registration is open until Friday, March 20 and includes teams and individuals for select sports.
