Race through scenic Fairmount Park during Philly Run Fest

Philadelphia Runner has taken over as organizer

The rebranded ODDyssey Half Marathon, now called Philly Run Fest and managed by Philadelphia Runner, will take place Sunday, June 2. 

Registration is now open for the summer race. Runners can sign up for the half marathon, half marathon relay or 5K. Those who register by February will save. After Thursday, Jan. 31, the price will increase.

"It is Philly's hometown half marathon and the heart of the event has always been – and will continue to be – the Philadelphia running community," said Liz Pagonis, Philadelphia Runner's marketing director.

The half marathon, relay and 5K all loop through Fairmount Park. Runners will pass the Smith Memorial, Mann Music Center, Japanese Teahouse, Laurel Hill Cemetery and more.

After crossing the finish line, participants are encouraged to have a post-race tailgate and hang out. All runners will receive a T-shirt and finishers medal.
