The Philadelphia Parking Authority will not enforce parking meters and parking kiosks on Monday due to continued snow removal, NBC10 reports.

All safety violations will be enforced, including parking in front of fire hydrants, bus zones, no stopping anytime zones, handicapped parking spaces, double parking and blocking crosswalks, NBC10 said.
