Joel Embiid will have a pair of days off before his next appearance.
Joel Embiid (right ankle injury management) will not play as the Sixers face the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday night, according to the team's initial injury report for the game unveiled on Tuesday afternoon which also lists Paul George (left knee injury management) as questionable to play after missing Monday's win over the Indiana Pacers:

Joel Embiid – right ankle injury management – OUT
Paul George – left knee injury management – QUESTIONABLE
The Sixers opted to stagger Embiid and George on their home back-to-back, with Embiid suiting up and scoring 30 points against the Pacers while George set and George likely primed to face off against Phoenix with Embiid in street clothes. It will be Embiid's second absence in an 11-game span; both of his missed games will have been caused by back-to-backs on the schedule.
